Night-time photographs of Saint Katharine Dock in London, England.
This dock is only a short walk from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London on the North bank of the Thames. Now home to private yacht moorings as well as residential and office buildings, shops and restaurants, the dock was opened to cargo shipping in 1828. The industrial use of the dock was relatively short lived because it was not able to accomodate larger vessels and was subject to extensive damage during the second world war.
