Sandstone arch of the South Portland Street Suspension Bridge (also known as Carlton Place Suspension Bridge) in Glasgow, Scotland. Photograph taken in April 2008. Designed by engineer George Martin and completed in 1853, the bridge provides pedestrian access over the River Clyde between Tradeston and the city centre.
