Snow covering the banks of the Kirk Burn below the Crow Road above Campsie Glen with the sun setting low in the sky, in East Dunbartonshire North of Glasgow, Scotland. Taken in January 2010 after the heaviest snowfall for several years. Looking at the scene I get the impression of an archival wilderness despite being in walking distance of suburban towns and villages and only about ten miles from Glasgow City Centre.
